Paying With MTN Mobile Money

Please follow the instructions to pay with MTN Mobile Money.


Note: make sure you enter the correct amount for the desired vouchers! 


1. Go to MyMTN 

2. Select MobileMoney

3. Go to Transfer Money

4. Select Mobile User

5. Select Merchant, enter the phone number: 0244304787 and press ok. Repeat the above number and press ok

6. Enter the amount

7. Enter 1 as the till number

8. Enter your mobile number as the Reference

9. Confirm payment details on your phone

10. Enter your MM PIN

11. Call 0244304787 to confirm the payment


Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an SMS from Donkomi.com.gh with your Voucher code.

Paying With Airtel Money

Please follow the instructions to pay with Airtel Money.


Note: make sure you enter the correct amount for the desired vouchers! 

Dial *500#
Select "4. Buy Goods"
Select "1. Other"
Type: DONKOMI
Enter amount: 
Enter the product you're buying as the Reference Number
Confirm payment details with your Airtel Money PIN
You will receive an SMS from Donkomi with a voucher code
Click "Pay" below, then enter the Donkomi voucher code on the next page

Paying With Tigo Cash
Please follow the instructions to pay with MTN Mobile Money.

Note: make sure you enter the correct amount for the desired vouchers! 

Dial *100# and choose 'Send cash'.
Enter Mobile No: 0574004787
Enter Amount: 
After transaction summary, enter secret PIN to complete the transaction.
You will receive an SMS from Donkomi with a voucher code.
Click "Pay" button below, then enter the Donkomi voucher code on the next page.
